From The Midwest To The Pacific Northwest

"Bumper Babies"strapped to posts in front of an eating establishment in Broadus, Wyoming. According to the waitress inside, the babies were attached to the awning support posts to keep diners from hitting the posts with their cars. I'm guessing it worked.

Carhenge, created by Jim Reinders, is located north of Alliance, Nebraska and is a replica of Stonehenge, England's ancient alignment of stones. Carhenge sets on a 10 acre site along Highway 87 and is worth a visit.

No trip to South Dakota is complete without seeing Mt. Rushmore. Sculptor Gutzon Borglum, with the help of over 400 workers carved the likeness of four United States presidents on the face of Mount Rushmore between 1927 and 1941. It draws thousands of visitors each year.

That is enough for now, tomorrow is a new day filled with more opportunities to see what waits around the corner...and of course I still have several months worth of material to get posted... We'll call it a transformATION, or perhaps a revitalisATION, maybe even a compilATION. Did I go too far?
